Where does Woofiao ship to?
Woofiao ships to the United States, and Puerto Rico.
When will I receive my order?
Expected delivery times are 5-15 business days to Puerto Rico and 10-20 business days to U.S. Orders received after 3 PM, over the weekend, or during holidays will ship the next business day. We will ship your package via USPS.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at contact@woofiao.com within 15 days of your delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
